  • Can I order and collect from your store?
    Yes you can. You can place an order online (select 'Collection') and collect it from our store in Swords, Dublin. Alternatively you can email us at if you wish to place a larger order or call us om +353 83 4027887 At present we cannot allow collections from our Limerick office. Please contact us to arrange a delivery time as we are also a production company so we are frequently working on projects and are in and out of the shop.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via Stripe, Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash on collection (Please note goods are only held for 24 hours for cash on collection orders). If you wish to buy in store we also accept card payments via SumUp
  • What shipping method to you use?
    We ship via DPD (1-2 day delivery) within Ireland. Orders in before 12pm will be processed the same day and the rest the following business day. Each of our items is packaged and wrapped securely before leaving us. If there is any issue please let us know as soon as it arrives.
  • I am not from Ireland, can I still order?"
    You can! Simply pop us an email with your order and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.
  • I am unsure what I need for my project, Can you help?"
    Yes, we can! Simply pop us an email to or head along to our Knowledge base where you can find tutorials (by us or companies we are distributors for) aswell as information on materials and their uses under the 'What material is right for me' tab.
  • I have heard these products are dangerous, is that true?"
    Any product, not just SFX materials, if used incorrectly is dangerous. Some products such as silicones can be used without a respirator (we always advise wearing one no matter what you are doing in the shop) but are messy! While others such as urethanes, polyesters and epoxies emit dangerous fumes during the curing process or while in liquid form (or while sanding!) Just because you can't smell the urethane does not mean it is not there so we advise to only use ANY sfx material in a well ventilated area along with the proper PPE equipment such as - Nitrile or latex gloves - Dust mask (if sanding) - Respirator (with organic filter) for casting, molding or sanding - Eye protection - Old clothes (don't want to destory your new clothes, do you?) In addition, it is good practice to keep your work area free from dust by having a workshop vac on hand to clear up any sanding debris from becoming airbone and having a fan blowing any fumes from casting away from your (respirator wearing) face
  • Do you take private comissions or production work?
    We take both! Wether you are the art director for a large production who require ultra realistic bodies, a private collector who wants a custom display piece or even a costumer who wants somme more durable armor or 3d prints...we are here to help!
  • I want a large scale piece made/set decoration for our business created, can you do that?"
    We can! We offer bespoke creations that can be designed to fit your theme. Whether it is for a trade show or for a restauraunt ..simply get in touch!
  • What tools do you have access to?
    We have access to everything from state of the art 3d Scanners and resin printers to 7-axis CnC machines and good old handtools and clay tools!
  • I ordered the wrong product, can I get a refund?"
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for the cost incured for returning the goods to allow for a refund. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable or where they are intimate or sanitary goods, or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If an item you purchased was purchased was on sale, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for originally). Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • The product arrived broken or leaking, what do I do?"
    Take pictures of the packaging and any damage and send it onto us so we can speak with the courier company. Once conclude that the damage or leaking was a result of the courier company we will then replace the missing items
