This very low-viscosity silicone fluid can be added sparingly to liquid PlatSil® and TinSil® silicone rubbers to thin the mix with some loss of strength, hardness and cure speed. Do not exceed 10% fluid addition as it may exude from the cured rubber. Example: 10% addition of Silicone Fluid (50 cSt) to TinSil® 80-30 will decrease the Shore Hardness from Shore A30 to Shore A20-A25.
